JOBSPECIFICATIONS:
Purpose ofposition:

To develop and manage a selected database of Reseller Partnersand achieve the targets attached to each customer (Overall GP and Revenue, GP% as well as ProductQuadrant targets).

Key ResponsibilityAreas:

First line of contact for selected customer base.
Ensuremaximum customer satisfaction.
Provide relevant information regarding products in terms oftheir features and benefits, as well as licensing agreements.


To timely andaccurately handle customer queries and quotations.
Create specific pricing and servicestructures for each client in allocated database.
Negotiate pricing with clients and closesale on agreed price.
Provide the client with delivery estimated delivery times and orderstatus information.


Minimise stock related cost to the customer.
Facilitateall necessary documentation required for transactions and licensingagreements.


Manage the closed sale including the financial transaction and thedispatch thereof.
Maximise procurement of product from the company and seek opportunisticsales on customer calls.


Analyse customer profile of sales against the companyproducts. Close gaps and introduce new product lines.


Analyse customer profile ofsales and identify gaps in the company product range for presentation as opportunities to thecompany key stakeholders.
Build an awareness of the cost, revenue implications, marketconditions and actions to ensure sustained competitive advantage in volatile marketplace.
Hold weekly pipeline management meetings and monthly account review meetings andquarterly management reviews.
Build account plan by partner.
Present sales trend,backorder and operational reports for analysis of opportunities for cost management and salesdevelopment.
Explore all opportunities and feedback information to sales and productmanagement, marketing, logistics and debtors to ensure smooth flow in availability, development ofnew product opportunities, aggressive follow-up of deals/opportunities and smooth availability ofcredit facilities.
Displays a shared vision of the company organizational environment and iseffective in mimicking this environment. Champions a commitment cultureorganization.

JobRequirements:
Education and Experience:

Three years sales experience in the IT industry (Essential), in IT distribution(preferred)
One year sales experience selling to large corporate customers(preferred)
Account management experience (Essential) with customerreferences
Knowledge of the processes critical in support of sales. E.g. RMA’s andDeliveries (essential)
Marketing or Commerce degree or Related(Preferred)
