Role DescriptionIAM Support Engineer Salary Negotiable Centurion Permanent position My client is lookingfor a Support Engineer who has in-depth knowlege on Oracle SOA and Identity and Access Management.Some of the key factors will be to Design, Develop, Implement and Support independently. Thecandidate must be solution driven and have the ability to work on their own. Expertise in OUD, OID,OVD, OAAM and OES is critical. Candidates must be able to deliver under intellectuallychallenging conditions and work within a team environment. Skills and Experience
Technical Skills Proficient in Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager Installation,Configuration and Performance Tuning of various IAM products Design, Develop, Implement and Supportindependently Expertise in OUD, OID, OVD, OAAM and OES Expertise in ITIL processes. IncidentManagement Problem Management Experience in doing health checks Strong Programming,Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills Ability to manage escalated technical situations &develop action plans Soft Skills Proactively own any tickets raised and ensure they are taken toclosure as per stipulated SLA without fail. Handle high-impact communications with the client andensures all stakeholders are well-informed. Be willing to work in shifts and go extra-mile to ensurethe quality of support is kept high. Ability to understand customer problem and provide technicalsolution in timely manner Strong Adherence to Process and be process champion Ability towork with functional experts from the client team. Ability to identify problems and raiseissues with management when appropriate. Ability to become familiar enough with a functionalarea to act as a functional SME and will share their knowledge with team members. Must workwell in a team environment and have good communication, problem solving skills, and troubleshootingskills.
