SOFTWARE DEVELOPER REQUIRED IN JOHANNESBURGRequirements:

Grade 12
BTech / Software Engineering / Information systems / Computer Science
Knowledge with MYSQL / SQL and RDBMS database concepts and design methodologies
VB.NET programming
Crystal reposts
MYSQL / MSSQL
Knowledge in system integration (Web Services and EDI)
Understanding of OO programming, design patterns, and modular programming
3-5 years’ experience in Software Development
Work Exposure with the following information systems:

o    ERP-Finance/Sales/Procurement/Bond/Inventory
o    WMS
o    CRM
o    Microsoft AX advantages
 
Duties:

Full software development lifecycle
Object-orientated analysis and design
Software and workflow modelling and prototyping
Front end graphical user interface design
Designing, Coding, and debugging applications in various software languages.
Testing new modules and change requests in sandbox environment, and quality assurance
Handling support and feedback of new implementations
Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation
Support, maintain, and document software functionality
Integrate software with existing systems via various integration platforms
Research and implement new technologies
Project planning and time management
Maintain standard compliance
Allow ERP solution to adapt to new hardware
Improve workflow performance and data integrity
Provide user and system support on application systems
Interfacing with users, management, and external IT service providers
