Provides general technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists.
Operates closely with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLAs and resolve problems.
Take on internal initiatives to create server opportunities and work in fast paced environment.
Solid understanding of client/server, networking and internet technology fundamentals.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Support of Microsoft Products, which includes, but not limited to, Windows Servers, Azure AD, Active Directory Federation Services, O365, Exchange and Lync/Skype for Business.
Assist with design, implementation, review and optimization of Exchange and Outlook.
Deploying and configuring Lync/Skype for Business audio, video and telephony solutions as well as integration with Exchange/O365 Unified Messaging.
Capacity Management and Analysis.
Management of reports, oversee documentation.
General maintenance, support and troubleshooting of the Client Infrastructure.

Qualifications
Relevant Post Graduate Degree (NQF 8) in Business or Information Technology or related.
Alternatively, Grade 12 (NQF 4) with relevant IT certification.
Experience
4 or more years experience in the Microsoft Products, field of speciality within a large and highly complex organisation

Desirable Certifications:
MCSE/MCSD/MCPD vendor qualifications
ITIL Certification
Skype for Business
Lync Server 2013
Active Directory
