A large freight forwarder is looking to streamline their sales team by bringing in a sales manager based in their Johannesburg office. They have an excellent worldwide footprint, so you can focus on ensuring that your sales executives are bringing in the business while having the comfort of knowing that the operational backup is all taken care of.

In this role you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, manage the overall sales process, improve pricing policies, maintain and manage sales incentive programs and recruit, manage and motivate team members.

If you have working experience in sales in the freight industry along with management experience, are able to work under pressure, have a complete understanding of sales and marketing principles and are able to handle a demanding environment, then you need to apply for this opportunity.

Qualification:
Matric
Sales & Marketing qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher)

Experience:
5 years freight sales
2 years freight management
