Requirements:• Keep up to date with local competition• Complete floor walks regularly and ensure everything is in place• Deliver great customer service
• Drive sales and build relationship with customers
• Deliver the personal shopper experience with clients
• Ensure room is accurately prepared for client
• Consult with client to understand style, vision and lifestyle and ensure recommended pieces meet all expectations
• Offer fashion expertise and apply advanced sales techniques
• Recording admin of appointment accurately
• Have excellent product knowledge on all key lines and departments
• Be a brand ambassador at all times and keep up with external factors that could impact trade (festivals etc.)
• Promotion and Organizing of events in store
