Required:
- 2-5 years’ experience in Customer focused Account Management role
- Proven Sales success
- Passion for IT
- Experience with social media will be an advantage
- Natural people person
- Disciplined; structured and methodical

- Self-reliant
- Critical thinking
- Inquisitiveness
- Fast learning and well versed in digital communication platforms
- PASSION for customer service and sales
- Keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with complex business situations
Responsibilities:
- Key account management
- Account development and retention of customer base and continual customer satisfaction
- Execute the Customer Experience Strategy for a large portfolio of customers
- Be the single point of contact for all customers
- Troubleshoot and solve customer problems professionally and quickly
- Determine the appropriate type and frequency of communication based on size and type of
customer whether it being face to face customer engagements, telephonic or digital
engagements or targeted vertical events or campaigns
- Establish renewal and upgrade potential and create opportunity to upgrade existing base within a team structure
- Knowledge sharing and education of products and services to customers
- Basic Report Management
- Customer database management
