REQUIRED: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant for Leading Consulting House! Centurion R400 per hour 6 to 12 month contract.
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant/ Specialist with a Leading Communications Technology consulting house; winner of various awards. We are looking for a specialist who develops, implements, updates, and maintains human resources information system (HRIS) using Oracle products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in the related field
5 years experience in related business area and in the IT/Systems environment
3+ years of experience providing customer support in a Functional environment
Required Oracle application knowledge: Functional expertise in Oracle Core HR, Payroll, OAB and Self-service.
Must have done at least 1 full end-to-end HRMS implementation projects
Experience in R12 Implementation projects
Required Experience:
Develop, update, and modify code, table, report, and other systems applications.
Maintain system to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and resolves software and hardware problems.
Generate routine reports and designs special reports as requested
Compilation of business requirement specification and functional specification documents that is used by System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) role-players in the coding, testing and implementation of new products and functionalities
Maintaining and Supporting existing HR modules and processes
Implementing new custom/standard accounting processes and programs into the existing Oracle infrastructure as per new business requirements and developments
Root cause analysis and complex problem solving skills are important
Review and test new bug fixes, patches and family packs that are available for the relevant modules that may impact or improve the daily business activities
Maintain, analyse and support all Oracle Workflow transactions/errors for these modules
