We are looking for a specialist who develops, implements, updates, and maintains human resources information system (HRIS) using Oracle products.

REQUIRED: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant for Leading Consulting House! Centurion
R400 per hour – 6 to 12 month contract.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant/ Specialist with a Leading Communications Technology consulting house; winner of various awards. We are looking for a specialist who develops, implements, updates, and maintains human resources information system (HRIS) using Oracle products.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in the related field
• 5 years’ experience in related business area and in the IT/Systems environment
• 3+ years of experience providing customer support in a Functional environment
• Required Oracle application knowledge: Functional expertise in Oracle Core HR, Payroll, OAB and Self-service.
• Must have done at least 1 full end-to-end HRMS implementation projects
• Experience in R12 Implementation projects
Required Experience:
• Develop, update, and modify code, table, report, and other systems applications.
• Maintain system to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and resolves software and hardware problems.
• Generate routine reports and designs special reports as requested
• Compilation of business requirement specification and functional specification documents that is used by System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) role-players in the coding, testing and implementation of new products and functionalities
• Maintaining and Supporting existing HR modules and processes
• Implementing new custom/standard accounting processes and programs into the existing Oracle infrastructure as per new business requirements and developments
• Root cause analysis and complex problem solving skills are important
• Review and test new bug fixes, patches and family packs that are available for the relevant modules that may impact or improve the daily business activities
• Maintain, analyse and support all Oracle Workflow transactions/errors for these modules
