Overall Responsibility
Primary Role
Provide support for BI business applications by performing daily healthchecks and resolving user incidents and service requests assigned.



Core Competencies
Daily checks on each environment
Troubleshooting of all incidents assignedand resolution thereof
Actioning of all service requests
Education
Matric and Oracle Certification a prerequisite
Work Experience Required
 
3 - 5year hands-on Oracle and Apex experience
 
Intermediate Querying knowledge.
Intermediate PL SQL knowledge.
Intermediate Indexing knowledge.
Intermediate toAdvanced Excel skills.
QlickView experience beneficial.
Idera tool experiencebeneficial.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry very beneficial.
Very analytical.
Able to communicate on different levels from technical to customer interaction.
 
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license a prerequisite
 
MS SQL 2012,2014 advantageous
