Knowledge & Experience:Matric (Grade 12)
Musthave a logistics background
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Credit Clerk
Strong numeracy and reporting skills
Experience working on systems like Embrace orSyspro etc
Full Creditors function with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in thefollowing areas:
Ensuring all documents are valid and processed
Reconciliation,balances with supplier statements
Payment of creditors according to payment terms
Completing payment packs
Attend to queries
Excel reporting skills (advanced)(Excel reports; Tables and charts; Pivot tables; Comparing and working with multiple spreadsheets;Formulas; General Formatting; Filtering and sorting)
