RequirementsMatric or National Senior Certificate
? N5 - N7 Qualification or Advanced Diploma and / or Degree in Marketing or Business Administrations / Communications.
? ITIL Certification, at any level, beneficial.
? Excellent PC literacy.
? At least 5 - 10 years in a senior Sales or Business Administration role.
? Comprehensive understanding of the IT / Technical Industry
Responsibilities
Ensuring that the company deliver on contractual obligations through the appointment of necessary structures.
Ensuring the correct level of customer engagement.
Reporting outputs per customer, as per the agreed time frames.
Analysing customer enquiries, service requests and complaints to identify trends.
Ensuring the delivery of sales for the current customers.
Responding to, and preparation of, tenders and RFI / RFP's for both the current customer base and new customers.
Providing customers with proposals to further sales and service offerings.
Setting up strategic engagement with all customers.
Ensuring the translation of strategy into action for new annuity and project based revenue.
Tracking of the sales pipeline and revenue against the Financial Forecasts.
Analysing the Debtors Age Analysis.
Maintain sound employee relations, constantly monitoring staff retention.
Ensure that all established administrative policies and procedures are adhered to by reporting staff.
