A multinational freight forwarder is looking to bring in a sales manager based in their Johannesburg office. This is a multi-billion-dollar organization and is a global and established brand.To be successful in this role you need to have a solid proven background in freight forwarding sales, as well as experience of managing the complete sales pipeline and a team of high caliber sales people.
If you come from a medium to large sized forwarder, and are able to demonstrate your ability to manage and grow a top sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very well respected forwarder in which you will be given every opportunity to progress within the organization, including international client trips and exposure to projects.

Qualification:
Degree: BCom or equivalent is non negotiable


Experience:
Minimum 5 years sales experience in the clearing & forwarding industry
Minimum 1 year sales management experience


Skills Required:
Negotiation and closing skills
Management skills
Sales training (advantageous)
