The candidate will be responsible for the following duties amongst others: Provide support to networks, day to day running of the desk, incident management and troubleshooting.


Job Experience & Skills Required:

A+, N+, MCITP qualifications
Good understanding of Cisco
1 year experience working in a Tier 2 Network support Technician role
Experience in a call centre environment would be an added advantage
Must have valid Drivers License
