Knowledge & Experience: Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years production VMware systems/server administration
At least 5 years production Windows systems/server administration
Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills
Performance Optimization and Monitoring
Proficient in Remote Systems Administration
A working knowledge of DNS, DDNS and DHCP
3-8 years experience in an administering an enterprise environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of communicating clearly and concisely technical concepts to end users
Experience working with a ticketing system, tracking work done in hours and completing work according to set schedules
Excellent understanding of the integration, and support of IP based systems and products
High level of diagnostic skills in specific hardware and software products
