As anAmazon Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate andprofessional customer service to all Amazon customers. This vital position requires anaction-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and allcustomer facing problems. Associates may communicate with customers via phone, email andchat. Associates will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts,research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast pacedenvironment.
This is a Seasonal position andbenefits, Training and Free Transportation should you work unsociable hours and stay in thedesignated transport zone.
Type of Role: Full Time Seasonal, shifted environment. We operate in a 24/7 environment supporting the North America and UK markets, most of our shifts areovernight and depending on your shift you might be required to work over weekends and publicholidays. Shifts are either 4 days, 10 hours per shift or 5 days, 8 hours pershift.

At least3 months of work experience (any environment)

Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills
Ability to navigate theInternet, email, and chat to customer via Instant Messenger tools
Ability to cope well in a highpressure environment while maintaining high quality outputs
Experience working in a customerservice environment for at least 2 years
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workenvironment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
Demonstratedability to work as an effective team member
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable and ableto function in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment
Flexibility to work shifts
