Description
This vibrant consultancy is looking for a savvy, creative thinking graduate with strong internet research skills and an interest in all things industry related. Our team is growing and we need help sourcing great candidates for our clients. This will suit someone who can work in a high activity, fast paced environment and has a high concentration threshold!
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs
Identify potential candidates using social media
Proactively conduct research and investigate new sourcing strategies for candidates and companies
Research and understand market trends, recruiting challenges and competitive intelligence
Skills needed:
A avid and natural talent for internet research
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to generate results in a fast paced environment
Cut your teeth on this role and you could find yourself carving a career in the dynamic world of recruitment consulting!
We offer
15,000 - 8,000 per month Monthly plus Incentives for performance
