AptitudeIntegration managers must have a knack for troubleshooting complex operating system problems. They also need effective communication skills and time-management aptitude.
Experience managing multiple complex initiatives.
Workflow management
•Prioritising and scheduling tasks/projects into the Integration team according to the availability and skills of the resources;
•Providing timely communication to all involved on the progress of tasks/campaigns;
•Effectively risk manage the tasks/projects and communicate issues to the relevant parties involved and/or affected;
•System and process documentation within the integration team.
•Lead cross-functional teams in implementing client requirements
•Assist in the creation and implementation of integration and/or separation services for clients and assist with business development initiatives
Administrative
•Manage the team’s leave;
•Ensure timesheets are completed daily;
•Engaging with management in order to improve workflow processes.
Development best practice
•Identify areas that require standardisation and communicate reusable code modules;
•Ensure that process documentation is completed timely and accurately;
•Manage the quality of the development output.
•Vet technical and architectural documentation required for development
Other
•The Integration Manager will be responsible for any other functions that management may require from time to time.
