A reputable IT company is looking for a Senior Digital Designer.Requirements:· Strong knowledge of Flash coding (including Action Script 3)· Strong HTML coding skills· Proficient in Photoshop, Freehand, Flash, Adobe Acrobat and Homesite· Ability to create interactive eBooks using Flash· Must have a strong portfolio with “live” online examples and a relevant media qualification· The following skills will be beneficial: After Effects, JavaScript, XML, Programming languages (PHP, ASP, etc)· Experience in digital communication and marketing industry

Tasks to be performed:· Act as mentor to junior members of the team· Understand client requirements and execute design according to those requirements· Meet with clients when necessary· Execute project/campaign within timeframe and hours quoted· Convert HTML templates to PDF· Edit and modify PDFs· Convert templates from different formats to HTML· Create/edit templates by manually coding in HTML· Source images for projects· Use Photoshop to edit images· Design templates according to client brief, using Photoshop and Freehand then converting the template design to HTML· Add content and/or source images for previously designed templates· Use basic JavaScript for buttons on menus· Create animated gifs using Photoshop and Flash· Design and layout of flash banners· Create interactive Flash games· Create and execute Flash projects according to spec· Creating and parsing XML (where necessary)· Creating interactive eBooks using Flash
