Qualification:Matric
Tertiary IT related qualification
Skills & Experience:
4 - 5 years Tester experience
At least 2 years’ experience in automated tools and testing and 2 years test analyst experience
At least 2 years’ experience within SDLC, in particular test lifecycle experience from test design to test execution and reporting
Experience in testing back-end systems
Experience with a scripting language like JavaScript, VBScript, and Groovy
Relevant software testing tools
Knowledge of Bug Life Cycle Management software
Test Management software
Experience with regression, functional and integration testing
Job Description
You will be responsible for developing automated test scripts and managing the activities surrounding automated testing, writing and maintaining automated test scripts and managing test cases. This position requires a responsible, self-driven, self-managed individual who is proactive and able to take initiative in continually improving the Automation Process and Standards.
Further duties will include, but are not limited to:
Test planning and test case automation
Plan and create all master data required for automated test scripts
Create and execute automated test plans on demand
Manage automated script storage and versioning
