A Lead Designer is required with full Adobe Suite experience as well as people management experience. You’ll be working in a non-stop deadline driven environment with hectic turnaround times. You need experience with various channels from print to digital to outdoor.
Qualification:

Relevant Design tertiary qualification

Online portfolio



Skills & Experience:

Min 5 years visual design experience

Min 3 years people / team management experience

Full Adobe Suite experience

Design customer design elements and 3rd party

Lead and co-ordinate project teams

Solid experience in fundamental design principles (colour theory, layout, typography)



Job Description:

You’ll be responsible for the weekly design workflow

Be involved with the brands marketing ideas and media touchpoints

Manage and review all briefs across the marketing departments

Work with various internal teams, PPC, online marketing, UX/UI

Review and set design deadlines
