Minimum Requirements:Due to client requirements, South African Citizens need apply only
Must have worked at a LIFE company before ESSENTIAL
Must have legal exposure on an investment platform ESSENTIAL
LLB degree ESSENTIAL
At least 5 years experience as a Legal Advisor at a LIFE company ESSENTIAL
Drafting and amending LIFE contracts and forms ESSENTIAL
Working knowledge of the relevant legislation e.g.: Long-term Insurance Act, FAIS Act, FIC Act, Pension Fund Act, Financial Markets Act, POPI Act, CPA Act, TCF, etc ESSENTIAL
