A well known Tyre Company based in the East Rand is seeking the expertise of a Regional Sales Manager(Education):
• Preferably Marketing / Business Management Diploma
• IDEAL: BComm Degree
• A MUST: Minimum of 5 years in the Tyre / related industry
• At least 5 years relevant experience at Regional Sales Manager Level

(Skills Required):
• Good understanding of new business development in the Tyre Industry
• Advanced selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven understanding and application of General Management Principles, including Retail and Commercial Product campaigns and promotions, Operational and Financial Control, Budgeting and Industrial Relations
• Sound working knowledge of all related Admin Systems, particularly Computer Systems, e.g. MS Office and OMNIX
• Develop and Implement business strategies and operational plans to meet the agreed Regional Sales Targets and Company Budgets
• Manage the daily activities of the branches to ensure that sales, financial and administrative standards are met
• Ensure that relevant Service Level Agreements are implemented and maintained
• Implement and drive cost – optimization programmes and measurements, whilst maintaining a sound levels of business judgement

(Description):
The successful candidate’s responsibility will be to manage operations within the designated areas to ensure business growth and profitability by implementing strategies to achieve the Company’s sales and revenue objectives
