Our client in the Freight Forwarding industry is looking for a Sales Executive to join their existing team.
The successful incumbent will be responsible New Business sales and development of 3PL and 4PL/ Lead Logistics solutions with target accounts.
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a top class Clearing and Forwarding company based in Cape town.

The ideal candidate must come from a Sales capacity within the industry and should mainly be focusing on new business, negotiating rates, liaising with shipping lines, client presentations, quotations and offering excellent services to clients.

Qualification:
Grade 12
Degree in Logistics/Marketing

Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years Proven External Sales Experience within the clearing and forwarding industry.

Excellent Communication skills
Able to work within a pressured environment
Self-motivated, driven and goal orientated
Team player
Excellent presentation skills at executive level
Knowledge of contract logistics
Knowledge of Marine insurance
