Directly accountable for ensuring allImplementation and Change activities are completed in country, via the management of their networkof country implementation and change resources that will execute the activities.Establishes the governance and working groups for the country, including reporting and statustracking, escalation and on-boarding of new resources
Provides the country level resourceswith their implementation and change activities, based on content and plan details provided to themby the Regional C&I (Change and Implementation) team and other Workstreams (as appropriate)
Provides country level insight, impact assessments, localisations and requirements, language andcultural requirements to ensure the delivery activities meet the needs of the locality
Escalates any country specific change requests to the implementation and change activities
Tracks activities against their country level plans which will be in line with the overallImplementation and Change plans and reports back to the Regional C&I Lead on status, includingthe collection and escalation of all country level issues and risks
Conscientiously tracksprogress of mitigating actions for risks/issues/ dependencies to abolish or minimise impact onprogramme outcome and highlights any scope change risks/issues/ dependencies as they arise
Manages the country C&I network of resources, following up where activities are not beingmet or completed
Represents their country network to the Regional C&I Lead and anyprogramme Workstream who require input from their countries
Maintains project changecontrol, ensuring any changes to baseline are managed through change request and all impacts areconsidered
Ensure project resources receive any necessary training and support, and allworking methods are inline with the Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Framework(BTF)
Conscientiously tracks progress of mitigating actions for risks/issues/ dependenciesto abolish or minimise impact on programme outcome and highlights any scope change risks/issues/dependencies as they arise
