Services Sales Engagement Manager (Cloud)

As the world's leading provider of business software, we deliver products and services which help accelerate business innovation for its customers.

Required:

- 5-7 years direct quota carrying selling experience in the enterprise software and services industry. Ideally, a combination of both direct enterprise software sales and direct services sales
- Experience with Cloud or SaaS sales, with preference for experience with LoB Cloud products
- Experience selling consulting/professional services and architecting technology solutions in support of customer business and strategy requirements
- Knowledge of Partners, Competitors and the regional IT Industry
- Must be able to manage multiple deals concurrently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable and experienced with senior executive audiences and a very professional and mature customer interfacing profile
- Very good presentation skills
- Value based selling methodologies
- Energetic and goal-oriented, strong leadership qualities
- Ability to adjust messaging by audience (Executive, Procurement, IT)
- Ability to drive cross functional communications and planning
- Capacity for creative/innovative thinking and analysis
- Ability to be extremely proactive and responsive
- Solution-oriented
- Ability to build customer relationships and trust

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute on an account and territory strategy for the LoB Cloud space in conjunction with other stakeholders (regional, Cluster, MU) in order to meet yearly targets
- Build and manage sales funnel for LoB Cloud Services
- Develop an account strategy in a sophisticated and complex business environment
- Drive and support LoB Cloud GTM campaigns in alignment with License Sales and stand-alone for Services
- Plan and execute customer events to push innovative services and drive customer demand
- Accurately maintain forecast for defined territory
- Execute and close business in strategic deals through solution/services differentiation and thought leadership

Reference number for this position is MJ8519 which is a permanent position based in Northern Suburbs offering R680k to R650k Basic plus commission.
