Requirements: Relevant Bachelors Degree or NQF Level 7 equivalent qualification.
A Post Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years total experience, which includes 5 years relevant operational & strategic management experience.
Multinational business experience.
Experience in driving and managing Data Analytics for a business or function, setting direction and shaping department and stakeholders
Executive stakeholder engagement selling value analytics
Responsibilties:
Support engagement with executive leadership creating sponsorship for continuous data usage in decision-making, knowledge management and information management
Educate IM BRMs on opportunity assessment and analysis. Turning data to business value
Collaborate and build relationship through communities of practice
Executive education focusing on data-driven decision-making
Support business KPIs by identifying data needs and delivering value cases. Present and sell to business owners and BRMs
Build and maintain network of data/information intelligence in the business
Maintain interface between IM Value Analytics/ Solutions team and IM BRM/business
Identify/react to business opportunities
Document business cases and benefits realisation outcome supporting innovative solutions
Generate leads for process improvement and cost management through data innovations
Channel opportunities for improvement of current data capabilities to the right IM teams
Promote and grow self-service BI capability in business to allow agile decision-making
Drive out organisational change management in business to embed self-service concepts
Deliver knowledge, information and data value chains
Identify knowledge management opportunities
