The position isa dual Senior role between a Pre-Sales Manager and a Business Development Manager with astrong Networking Technology  focus

The ideal candidate needs to betechnically very strong, conversant on networking enterprise technologies and coming from aReseller/Distributor/Vendor background

Internal stakeholder management includesthe Company Sales Team and external HP vendor management

Travelling for thisposition includes SADEC


 
TechnicalRequirement

Provide first line support on HP Enterprise Products(Logging of support queries, assistance with licensing queries, installation queries)

Telephonic technical support to customers and internal staff on HP Enterprise and associatedcomplementary products.

Following-up on all logged queries to the point ofclosure;

Managing & utilizing vendor knowledge bases and tools.

Build and maintain relationships with Reseller and Vendor technical contacts
