Travel arrangements: Flights, documentation, accommodation, car hire, airport transfers etc
Process travel expenses
Ensuring follow-up of requests, messages and information dissemination.
Preparation of executive (PowerPoint) presentations.
Arranging scheduling and preparation of meetings and conference calls
Typing, editing, finalization of letters, presentations, faxes, e-mails and correspondence.
Maintain and control of electronic diaries.
Screening telephone calls and assisting with information dissemination via telephone and e- media
Create and maintain executive filing systems (electronic and manual)
Ordering of stationery
Business Administration:
Research:
Scanning of magazines, newspapers, etc for relevant articles and ensuring that where relevant, the information gets distributed to the correct recipients.
Data correlation: Resourcing, collating, maintaining, inputting and monitoring of relevant business information as required by the executive
Liaising with relevant management obo the executive
Maintaining data input and assisting with plotting of graphs and distribution of results.
Creating and maintaining information database as required.
Arranging Board Meeting and Conferences and assisting, corresponding and following up on meetings held.
Fulfilling public relations role as and when appropriate.
Ensure smooth-running operation of the executive office while they are traveling

isiZulu competence and fluency as a second language

Trustworthy and honest, maintaining strict confidentiality
Skilled and practiced in the use and application of MS Office incl. Excel and PowerPoint Superior Internet research capabilities.
Displays social maturity and competence enabling positive interaction with staff and clients.
Will possess several years of secretarial experience at senior level with the appropriate professional and academic certification.
