Role details:
We are currently looking for an Incident Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all daily reports are sent out daily to the Clients and Support Groups; actively manage updates and escalate incident calls according to the Service Level Agreement and provide feedback to the Client Service Management ; monitoring 3rd Party Integration between systems; ensuring that Incident calls are assigned to the correct support groups and ensuring that all Client processes are being adhered to. Minimum requirements for the role include: Grade 12 with 1 - 2 years IT Service Desk experience and call management, ideally with Service Desk Incident Call logging experience and skills in Customer Service, Incident Call Management and Call Status Communication to the Clients and MS Excel. ITIL certification is advantageous
