DescriptionExperienced C# ASP.Net Developer required to join the software development team for Companys web-based and mobile products, with responsibilities including:
?System design, development, maintenance and refactoring
?Coaching and mentoring of junior developers
?Application performance improvements

Qualifications
?Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification required
?Role-related certifications advantageous (e.g. MCSE, MCSD)
Experience
?At least 6 years software development experience across full project life-cycle
?Experience in Agile software development methodology
?Solid experience in Workflow Foundation
Technical skills
?ASP.net web development with C# and VB.net (incl. XML,CSS, AJAX, JScript, jQuery, MVC, HTML and HTML5)
?Experience in Visual Studio 2012 or later
?Object-oriented design and development
?Implementing architectural and software design patterns
?Database development (DB design, stored procedures, MS SQL 2008)
?Experience with spatial data advantageous (Google Maps API, SQL spatial queries)
?Version management and deployment architecture and processes
?Unit testing frameworks and effective unit tests
?Non-technical skills
?Able to work well in a team as well as individually
?Able to accurately estimate effort on tasks, prioritise work and deliver to deadlines
?Positive outlook on life, work and other people
?Attentive to detail, and able to think creatively outside the box
