Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Background in Software Development Projects and Methodologies
Design/document business processes – E2E – Modelling using the Unified Modelling Language (UML)
Facilitation of JAD sessions
Testing of new systems and processes
Identifying business requirements
Define system requirements and GAP Analysis
Job Description:
Document business requirements or functional specifications to enable Software Development for applications that support business operations.
Analyzing problems.
Conducting market research on new technologies and trends.
Identify, document and resolve issues as needed.
Design/re-design requirements through various mechanisms that include specification analysis, reviewing of current system implementation, workshops, surveys, site visits and gap analysis.
Facilitating client workshops and training.
Formulating business and management reports.
Ensure that specifications are understood and correctly interpreted by, Client’s, the Development Team and Managers.
Prepare deliverables for development and deployment of solutions, such as user manuals, procedures and test plans.
Liaise with the Technical Architect/Development Team.
Provide guidance and support on the implementation of specific technologies.
Determine business and system requirements, through interviews or workshops with various parties: End Users, Clients, Operations Managers, Branch Managers, Consultants, Systems Architects and Developers.
