The purpose of this role is to define and execute the Supply Chain strategy in market level and lead key improvement and structural change projects in Supply Chain Africa. Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
Experience:
3 years’ experience in a demand planning within a FMCG company
Previous experience in a procurement role within the Supply Chain
Minimum 4 - 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain
Skills Required:
Six Sigma/ Lean Management is required
Project management
Excellent analytically and numerical skills
Continuous improvement in order to implement and improve the efficiency of the Supply Chain Process
Brainstorm and introduce projects for the demand planning market
Must be able to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Assess the end to end Supply Chain and ensure all processes are flowing
SAP/ERP system
