Main Purpose: Overview
• Responsible for the development,implementation, administration and support of the Microsoft SharePoint environment
•Ensure that Deloitte policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
Responsibility
• After hours and weekends work may be required
•Supporting the implementation of the SharePoint Strategy
• Administration of existingSharePoint 2013 environment
• Administration, development and testing of the SharePointportals and websites
• Check-in code in source control (TFS) and maintain versioncontrol
• Custom development to meet business requirements using Visual Studio andSharePoint Designer
• Development of web parts, features and custom user controls
• SharePoint site design and optimization
• Communicate the capabilities of theSharePoint platform to the business units through meetings, workshops and presentations
• Analysis and design of solutions / implementations
• Assist in troubleshootingand resolving problems in the SharePoint environment with assistance of Senior SharePoint Developer
• Perform regular health checks on the SharePoint environment
• Assess thecapacity requirements of current and future SharePoint-based solutions and ensure that capacityupgrade initiatives are undertaken to address these requirements
• Functional andTechnical Specification documentation of own area of responsibility
• Responsible forthe first level support of the SharePoint environment
• Responsible for the adherence toStatement of Service Agreement (SOSA’s) in terms of assisting users with the application(s)functional calls
• Administration and maintenance of user securities and applicationconfiguration
• Adherence to change control and incident management procedures
• Testing of monthly Microsoft patches

About You
You would need to have thefollowing qualifications
• Standard 10 (Grade 12)certificate essential
• Microsoft programming competencies essential (ASP.NET / C#)
• Relevant Microsoft Certification (MCSE) for Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server2013 (331) and Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 (332)
• IT Diplomaor Degree
• IIS 8.5 or higher
• Windows Server 2012
• DNS / WINS(Name resolution)
• TCP / IP
• SQL Server 2012
• WindowsWorkflow Foundation
• HTML5 and Client Side Scripting (JavaScript, AJAX, DHTML, XSL,XSLT, XHTML, JQuery)
