Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 certificate
5 Years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager within a Technical environment (Steel and Pumps Experience an added advantage)
Previous stock control, Administrative and Staff Management experience is essential
Health and Safety knowledge
Must be Computer literate (Syspro is essential)
Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport
Duties:
Someone that knows warehousing with all its functions
To be able to plan every minute effectively and efficiently
Manage the staff and utilise them correctly
Effective route planning for trucks
Strong in admin
Oversee receiving, warehousing, despatch and maintenance operations
Maintain standards of safety
Control inventory daily
Ensure operation is ready for stock takes
Maintain checklists for trucks and fork lifts daily and rectify immediately
Applicant must reside in Cape Town or surrounding area.
