A top international corporate Courier company seeks the expertise of an experienced clearing and forwarding Key Account Manager.A Large, well established Courier Company has a challenging yet exciting opportunity for a Key Accounts Manager for their Durban Branch.

At least 2-5 years’ experience in the Courier industry is imperative. Ideal candidate needs to be target driven, diligent individual with good management skills.

In your role you will be working hand in hand with the sales team and essentially be the primary contact and relationship owner for clients. It will be your responsibility to enhance customer loyalty, identify opportunities and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.

Qualification:
Grade 12
Bcom in Marketing or Logistics

Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years Key Accounts experience in the Courier Industry

Skills Required:
Strong Sales experience
Track record for freight forwarding
Excellent negotiation skills
