ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN WHITERIVER

You would require the following for this position:

Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
Previous experience in the Vehicle Rental industry
Knowledge of Rental fees, Policies and Procedures
Must be willing to do standby and work long hours
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Have good Communication skills
Be customer service focused
Excellent Administration skills
Be able to work under extreme pressure
Must be Computer literate
Excellent telephone etiquette
Fully bilingual
Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport 

Your Duties will include (but not be limited to):

Reception / handling the switchboard
Taking accurate messages
Assisting walk in clients
Doing quotations
Liaising with clients
Arrange quotations on damaged vehicle
Booking of services and repairs for vehicles
Updating service report
Doing quotations when Camille is not here
Assist with month end costing
Phone clients for mileage
Stock checks / vehicle counts
Occasional driving duties
Opening and closing of new contracts 

You will need to reside in WHITERIVER or surrounding area.
