A large ICT company, branch based in JHB, is seeking to employ a Junior Account Manager.

To assist sales people to effectively develop their accounts for the Company by assisting them in administrative and similar duties. Assist sales people to create, build and maintain profitable and strategic relationships with customers through delivering excellent service to customers; to ensure customer satisfaction, recognise opportunities and maximise sales.Knowledge & Experience:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology environment
• Past management or sales experience in a sales environment will be an advantage
• Good word processing skills using word, excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to format reports, work with tables, styles, spread sheets, presentations, etc.
• Good writing skills – ability to draft and edit letters
• Ability to speak and write English fluently and to work well in a high pressure environment
