Skills/ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in DataStage administration
• 2+ years’ experience in a DataStage performance tuning environment
• Strong Unix shell scripting experience required
• Oracle database experience (Must have 10G & 11G preferred)
• Knowledge of and experience with the following technologies:
o Data Stage Java Integration
o Datastage 8.2
o PL/SQL; Oracle 10/11g; SQL Server; MY SQL
o Forms / Forms Builder
o Reports
o ETL/data integration
o UNIX, XML
o Oracle database experience (Must have 10G & 11G preferred)
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assisting/ Designing and developing ETL/data integration processes and programs to support the data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives of the Information Management group.
• Create ETL programs and code
• Unit test mappings and ETL programs
• Successful development, testing, and implementation of ETL programs
• Meeting development timelines and delivery dates
• Production support for ETL processes and programs
