Leading beauty house requires a Fixed-Term Human Resources Officer in Johannesburg area.

The key duties of the successful candidate would be to provide leadership, support and expertise in respect of the Human Resources function in order to align Human Resources objectives with the company’s strategic business objectives and to manage change that will lead to organizational growth.
 
Requirements:
 

Bcom degree in Human Resources Management
2-3 Years operational Human Resources experience
Computer literate in Office, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint
Knowledge of HR related legislation
Knowledge of HR practices
Knowledge of Training practices
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Possess excellent Time Management and Planning skills
The successful incumbent must have excellent planning, organizing and controlling skills and proven ability to meet all deadlines and has to be a tenacious individual


Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport

 
Duties (including but not limited to):
 

Accurate processing of all HR Administration functions such as minutes, warnings, investigations, leave, casual wages etc.
Has to be able to successfully calculate and administrate the salaries for employees such as income taxes, retirement contributions, medical aid and other wage garnishments


Manages all administrative aspects of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment through development and to termination


Ensure integrated HR systems are developed, implemented and maintained
Ensures adherence to all human resources management policies and procedures of the Company
Assist with the implementation of appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures to promote co-operation and workplace harmony, consistency and fairness
Focus on staff welfare and succession planning to minimise staff turnover
Provide leadership to Line Management in respect of Company HR Policies and Procedures


Promote and brand the company as an employer of choice
