Qualification:

Matric & relevant tertiary qualification.



Skills & Experience:

3 years of Software Test experience with at least 1 year on enterprise software products

SQL experience essential, writing queries, script execution, backups etc.

Knowledge of Software Test / Quality Assurance methodologies and application of those methodologies such as SCRUM.

Detailed understanding of Software Development lifecycle

Ability to relate business processes to systems and subsystems that support them

Detailed understanding of Functional Specifications and extractions thereof

Ability to produce test cases from Business Specifications

Creating of Test Data

Prepare and follow a Test Plan

Preparation of the Test Cases for different types of Testing.

Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks (e.g. nUnit)



Job Description:

You will be testing applications on a .NET framework, performing job functions on Windows XP, 7. SQL Server 2005/8. Windows Server 2008 R2. You should be able to maintain Test Cases, writing reports and have experience in manual as well as basic experience in automated testing.
