Requirements:Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
Relevant tertiary qualification - Preferably Marketing / Business Management Diploma
Strong FMCG experience
Proven ability to motivate and lead sales teams.
3-5 Years’ relevant experience at Area Sales Manager level
Good understanding of new business development
Clear concise verbal and written presentation skills at all operational levels
Proven understanding and application of general management principles, including retail and commercial product campaigns and promotions
Operational and financial acumen
Budgeting and Industrial Relations
Sound working knowledge of all related Administration Systems
Computer literate (MS-Office)
Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport
Applicant must reside in Cape Town or be willing to relocate.
