Duties:• To uphold the brand and the perception of the brand in the market by ensuring a consistent high- quality customer experience when contacting businesses or private individuals by phone
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to avail of the company Copy Center services and product.
• Describe services and products
• Respond to questions
• Identify and overcome objections
• Take the customer through the sales process
• Obtain customer information
• Obtain possible customer leads
• Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
• Follow up on initial contacts
• Capturing all customer interactions whether from telephonic or email on the company CRM system
Qualifications:
• Matric/ Diploma
• Understanding of contact centre environment and technology
• 2-3 years previous experience in a Call Centre environment in telesales with a proven track record in sales or on-line support
• Preferably have a similar background in a Copy Center environment
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literacy
Working hours:
• Hours on a rotating shift totalling 195 hours per month:
• Monday to Friday: 9H00 – 18H00
• Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays 9H00 – 15H00
Reference for this position is Call Centre Agent which is a permanent position based in Pretoria East offering a salary of R 7 000 per month with incentives and pension fund
