Africa\'s largest and most advanced Corporate and Investment bank is seeking a mature and financially astute individual to manage a portfolio of all products offered by Real Estate Finance from inception to full repayment as per allocated portfolio in the capacity of TRANSACTION MANAGER: REAL ESTATE FINANCE.\n\nPreferred Qualification and Experience
Matric
A minimum of five to eight years experience in property finance or related administration
Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise
Sound knowledge of mortgage bonds, collateral security documentation and property guarantees.
Experience in conveyancing, property transactions, property insurance and arrear management.
Competencies
Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, ACBS knowledge would be an advantage).

Job Purpose
To manage a portfolio of all products offered by Real Estate Finance (Joint ventures, Equity transactions, development finance, Structured and commercial property finance) from inception to full repayment as per allocated portfolio.
To manage any Rest of Africa (ROA) property transactions booked on the South African balance sheet in adherence to the applicable legislations, exchange control regulations, etc. as per allocated portfolio.
To perform maintenance functions in accordance with business and systems procedures and manage the development finance transactions until completion of the project.
To ensure that all transactions are managed in accordance with the specific terms and conditions that were agreed upon and sanctioned by Credit.
To disburse loans without prejudicing the bank’s risk in the shortest possible turnaround times, ensuring that the expected revue is earned
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Loans and queries processed within expected time frame, with the correct pricing, terms and conditions and the repayment structure.
Funding aligned to expected repayment structures, margin income, etc.
Quality of data and completion of data checklists within time frame, especially collateral data impacting the capital expenses relating to Basel III regulations, BEE reporting requirements, etc.
Receipt account cleared within 2 business working days.
Management of 30 days arrears and escalations to business and handovers to National credit controller.
Number of expired facilities not extended per approvals.
Fees recovered and invoiced.
Positive stakeholder feedback.
Adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
