My client is looking for an experienced sales, planning and development manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, integrated activity plans, business analytics and reporting.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Minimum three years’ working experience in a sales / marketing driven environment
FMCG trade marketing experience an added advantage
Sound understanding of concepts and principles in sales / marketing and finance
In-depth understanding of how sales integrates with marketing, finance and business
Valid driver’s license
Own vehicle
South African Citizens Only

Skills and Knowledge
Ability to work in a team
Self-driven with strong sales mind
Client orientated
Good people management skills
Ability to practice great work etiquette for positive culture setting

KEY OUTPUTS
Manage sales, planning and development team, including planning, recruitment, performance management, direction, organization and control of team
Monitor and drive delivery of sales targets
Leading development, implementation and execution of monitoring of strategic sales initiatives
Manage sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems
Managing CRM system, process development and continuous improvement
Develop, implement and manage execution of an integrated annual sales activity plan
Manage and co-ordinate all sales analytics and business reporting requirements
Assist with development and co-ordination of sales and client initiatives / plans related to new products introductions and test markets
Development and implementation of all promotional material and sales tools
Development, implementation and continuous improvement of business and sales processes
Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team
