The shareholders of the business are looking for a Managing Director to assist with Management related activities our expanding business. The prospective candidate must have excellent communication skills and proven success developing new client relationships, managing and developing staff and working in conjunction with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
• Lead, Manage and ensure business targets are achieved
• Manage financial operations
• Systems and Process optimization as well as management there of
• Quality assurance of information and processes – Championing quality generally
• Overseeing Operations
• Determine staffing requirements and hire and manage the training accordingly
• Create and analyze reports related to the day-to-day sales related operations
• Management of Marketing related activities
• Business Development of clients and or hiring managers
• Oversee HR related activities and on-boarding processes
• Manage the development and training of all team members
• Provide leadership in the strategic planning, implementation and maintenance of all recruitment related activities
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience directly managing a team, including hiring, training, developing and motivating a team with a high level of accountability (15 - 30 people)
• Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, communication and people skills
• 3+ years’ experience in high-volume staffing and or recruitment
• Solid understanding of budgets and profit and loss
• Knowledge of social media/internet and full-cycle recruitment
• Marketing and/or event and /or sales related experience a plus
