Lead Level Developers needed Large third party, big projects mainly Northern Suburbs Cape Town negotiable upto R70k ctc per month (contract or perm)Big name software delivery environment has a number of new projects kicking off, they seek veteran or close to veteran level Developers to Lead, Architect, Design and build said projects.

The people they seek have:
10 years plus commercial coding experience on significant projects;
Advanced C#.NET knowledge including the latest versions;
Unconsciously competent software delivery skills;
Experience Leading small, agile team ranging between 3 and 10 Developers;
Web based experience with strong ASP.NET MVC or later experience;
WCF and/or Web Api delivery experience;
Strong SQL Server design and development experience.
Useful to have any of the following:
Enterprise Architect and Design (software) experience;
Microsoft Azure;
Entity Framework or nHibernate;
Continuous Integration;
Dependency Injection experience (they use Unity);
TDD / Agile Leadership experience.
Client will pay based on experience. They have room for Project Lead / Architect levels of experience but will also consider slightly less experience Lead Developers. Salaries and Bonuses are paid according to experience and ROI.
