Role DescriptionSenior Business Process Analyst Contract: 12 – 18 months with possibility of renewal Cape Town A leader in the ICT consulting space, seeks qualified & experienced Business Analysts to take onthe role of Business Process analyst consultant for a large client project in Cape Town. You willjoin a consulting team which plays a key role in supporting the overall company’s strategicobjectives by applying best practice in defining Business Requirements collaboratively andrecommending solutions aligned to the companies’ business strategy. Duties &Responsibilities Contribute in the development of the relevant project management artefacts suchas Project Initiation Document (PID), PDR and others Partner with relevant IT stakeholders toensure delivery of specific outcomes such as business cases, Impact Assessments, Feasibility studiesand others Facilitate business requirements workshops or sessions Lead/Participate in solutiondesign workshops Produce detailed design documents : BRS, FRS Proactively identify and communicateimpacts, risks and issues Participate in the selection of solutions Provide input into the SystemsRequirements Specification and the Application Integration Specification Contribute in developmentof testing and training materials Functional Competencies Expert business requirement analysisskills Solid experience of developing qualitative and quantitative business cases and benefit casemanagement Strong facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels Strongcollaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners Knowledge of relevant methodologyand tools; e.g. ARIS Good understanding and experience of IT Project Management methodologiesAbility to analyse the impact of change on the Business, Programs and Projects and put requiredactions in place Working knowledge of Business capability mapping Exposure to various testingmethodologies
Skills and Experience
Requirements Relevant 3 year Information Technology or business-related qualification andpreferably a Business Analysis Diploma such as FTI Minimum 5 years plus Business Analysis/ProcessAnalysis experience Experience / Exposure to the retail industry 1 plus years in project managementwould be preferred Contact: Liesl de Bruyn Liesl.deBruyn@eoh.co.za
