Role details:
Responsible for client’s Shared Services System Support (SSC) using Salesforce and ScopServ. Critical support must be provided to the SSC system users to resolve issues where possible, document and escalate issues to the Contact Centre for further investigation where necessary and assist with the implementation of solutions to known system issues in the form of user acceptance testing and production rollout.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:• Application support for SSC systems, current and new implementations
• Identify and report recurring system problems
• Identify, motivate, and document system enhancement opportunities
• Identify training needs in liaison with the Learning & Development and Training Managers
• Act as in interface between the SSC, End User Computing (EUC) Service Centre and ICT Departments
• Assist SSC Leadership Team to document new system requirements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing on systems supported
• Conduct end-user training on an ad hoc basis
• Coordinate new implementations between Operations Support (Workforce Planning, Learning & Development and Quality Control) and the Operational Business Area
• After hour user support
EXPERIENCE:
3 years’ relevant functional experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 Year degree/ diploma (NQF 6) (B.Tech or B.Com Information Systems or similar
Alternatively, Grade 12.
