Services to be provided.? Routine maintenance and system administration conducted in accordance with policies and procedures on network management systems.
? Diagnose and repair all faults identified on the systems.
? Provide first line support related to faults identified on NMC systems.
? Implement security on all systems.
? Perform tuning on NMC systems.
? Acceptance testing of new software releases.
? Ensure all new technologies is integrated as defined by the needs of the systems.
? Apply development and scripting skills to modify and enhance existing software.
