Renowned IT Group seeks a high-performing Sales Manager to help meet targets by maximizing their sales team potential. Manage the sales team by planning, monitoring and driving their sales results, while leading by example.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or Diploma in Sales or Business
• Min 4 years’ experience in managing a small sales team and driving to target
• Background in IT – must have a good understanding of the IT mindset, its players and business universe
• Hands on sales experience and meeting sales targets essential
• An analytical mindset
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Business writing skill
